Booking an Appointment
Our booking system allows you to select the date and time you wish to visit. It will show all available time slots for the days we are open.
First Bridal and Prom Appointments are 1 hour 30 minutes.
Second appointments are 45 minutes.
Please note that each booking is for one customer trying on dresses. If two people wish to try on dresses at the same time, you will need to book two appointments in the same time slot to reserve two changing rooms.
ALL PROM BOOKINGS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR OWN PARENT/GUARDIAN. We do not accept a friend or a friend's parent as a guardian. Each Prom customer must have their own parent/guardian present.

Guest Policy
For Bridal Appointments, you may bring up to 5 guests
For Prom Appointments, you may bring up to 2 guests
We must strictly enforce the guest limits. This ensures a comfortable experience for everyone.
Prom Dresses
Our Prom dress prices range from:
Fitted styles: £179-£699
A-line/Ballgown styles: £349-£979
Sizes: UK4-UK22 in store
- We can order sizes up to UK26-UK30 (Style dependent)
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

Please note: Opening hours may differ during school half terms.
How to find us
Our beautiful showroom is easily accessible via rail links; we are a 10 minute walk from Elmers End train station or a 5 minute taxi from Beckenham Junction.
If you are driving then there is plenty of parking outside the shop.
